Will you all be flying down South to support your Eagles? Rio Rico has had some rabid fans in years past. If you happen to get past Rio Rico down South, WR is in the shadows waiting for you again. Tough road ahead of the EAGLES! This is where that weak schedule that you played all season long has landed you, #21. That is a huge drop from number 8 where you were when sectionals began.

very intriguing matchup with rio rico, if pinon can get by rio, anything can happen against window rock. i am a proponent of strength of schedule and it might get pinon eliminated. hoping ktnn will carry this game from rio.

Pinon could run to Rio Rico then still win this game by 20 points. Rio Rico's season schedule was a joke, then in their sectional tournament barely beat a horrible Globe team, and wasn't competitive against Thatcher.

I got Pinon upsetting the Hawks of Rio Rico. Rio's first post-season action in four years.

OMG  That is a long drive for anyone, especially the players. I thought the whole reason for the re-alignment was due to the budget and to keep the travel cost down . . . Good Job AIA  And I'm sure the players are still expected at school the following day . . .

A victory means no school for players, teachers, and it's all preapproved...it's all good on the reservation...

this leave was put in place about 4 years ago. so every year we had a BB Finals leave on our calendar. This came about when Pinon made there first visit to the State Playoffs and some of the students, staff, and teachers did not make it to work when they played. So every since than they schedule that in the calendar and still got our required number sof days for our student to be in class by law. so we are not actually pulling students and teachers away from there learning and teachings.

You better take your Tribal ID Cards, being so close to Mexico border. They may deport you by accident. haha
